Unfortunately, the cleaning protocol left much to be desired. utilizing the "Do not disturb" sign seemed ineffective, as the cleaning staff entered anyway. the heating fan in room 401 was underwhelming, performing poorly despite attempts to adjust the settings, leading to less than ideal warming conditions.

i had a great stay at ibis while exploring lyon. the location made it easy to get to attractions and public transport was super close! my expectations were surpassed by the warm atmosphere and helpful staff.

The surrounding area features numerous restaurants, perfect for grabbing a bite after a day of trekking. our room was spacious and well-equipped, allowing us to relax comfortably after our adventures.
